Location: CentralDuration: 3 months contract (subject to extension or conversion)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9am to 6pm
Salary: Up to $3,000 per month
Job Description:
- Reception duties – receive visitors to the office and advise the relevant parties of their arrival
- Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms and pantry area
- Manage facilities bookings of office meetings rooms and common facilities
- Door access terminal management
- Manage office equipment (i.e. printers, air-con servicing co-ordination)
- Office supply inventory management (i.e. stationeries, pantry, newspaper, toner cartridge) and pantry supply management
- Collect and distribute incoming mail from postal and courier services
- Organize and support Office Manager with internal and external events organizing include setting up of invitations, catering arrangement, event decors, reinstating office premise post event
- Vendor management
- Assist in the coordination of renewal of tenancy agreements, office insurance, season parking arrangement, office subscriptions
- Liaise with building management team on office facilities matter
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Singaporeans only.
