This Production Team Leader will be required to:

ensure the production line runs smoothly
compile and document relevant production information
motivate team members in daily activities
observe the current process and recommend improvement measures

This Production Team Leader is expected to:

work on a 5.5 days work week (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am to 1pm)
communicate and work closely with chinese speaking team
be able to think critically and solve problems
be willing to learn all the processes in production and be deployed to any parts of the production floor
