Regional Sales & Business Development Manager - K.Lee
As the Regional Sales & Business Development Manager, you will spearhead strategies for channel expansion, marketing for Asia markets, to drive outstanding short and medium-term sales growth while strengthening the brand of a leading organization.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across key markets in Asia.
- Drive sales growth by acquiring new accounts and nurturing strong relationships with channel partners.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to expand revenue streams and maximize market potential.
- Collaborate with principal and local teams to craft and execute effective go-to-market strategies for the product portfolio.
- Define and communicate a clear growth vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product launches and market penetration.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gather customer insights, and drive enhancements to optimize features and user experience.
- Lead high-value negotiations and establish strategic partnerships to support long-term business growth.
Qualifications:
- Over 8 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Proven Sales and Business Development experience in Asia
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
