Finance Manager (Credit risk management) - GH
Our client is looking for an experienced finance professional to manage credit risk, conduct financial analysis, and drive process improvements to support their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee AR & AP operations and manage the buyer credit portfolio for Singapore operations.
- Develop financial models and provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Recommend cost-saving opportunities and assist in implementing business intelligence tools.
- Handle tax, audit, and regulatory matters, and manage credit risk.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and contribute to decision-making across business units.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent (CPA, CFA, ACCA).
- At least 8 years of experience in leading a finance team.
- Strong knowledge of credit control policies, decision-making, and financial reporting.
- Leadership experience and a collaborative team player.
- Experience in the oil & gas industry and familiarity with MS Dynamics 365/ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and process improvement experience.
