Project Finance Manager – Lead the Numbers, Drive the Strategy! ?

• Project Financial Management
• Build rock-solid financial models for project costing (CapEx & OpEx), including tax implications, FX considerations, and recharge methodologies.
• Work closely with program and change managers to develop business cases with cost-benefit, ROI, and break-even analysis.
• Prepare Approval Committee Requests (ACR) to secure project funding.
• Track project expenses, budgets, forecasts, and investigate variances to keep finances on track.
• Provide monthly financial reports and insights to senior management for smarter decision-making.
• Ensure inter-company cost allocations & cross-charging are done accurately & on time.
• COO Financial Management & Reporting
• Orchestrate annual financial planning across COO departments, consolidating budgets for projects, headcount, IT/software, outsourcing, and more.
• Develop dashboards & management reports covering financials, project status, IT metrics, risks, and key business priorities.
• Enable structured financial reviews with the COO and senior leadership.
• Other Key Initiatives
• Drive process improvements and enhance financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and best practices.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making at the leadership level.
