Receptionist cum Office Admin [French MNC, Office Hour, Jurong East]

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + Bonus + Statutory Leave Benefits + Comprehensive Medical Coverage + Birthday Leave

Location: Jurong East

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception & Front Desk Support – Manage reception duties, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and employees.
  • Office Events – Assist in the coordination and execution of company events.
  • Administrative Tasks – Oversee pantry supplies, manage season parking arrangements, process purchase orders (PO/OR), and handle general administrative duties.
  • HR Support / Work Pass Administration – Manage Ministry of Manpower related tasks, including work pass applications and renewals.
