Job Summary:The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of on-going projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional organizational skills and a deep understanding of construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project management from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary changes to deliver successful results.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements throughout project phases.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Generate regular reports on project status, including risks and issues, for senior management.
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Class 3 Driving License
