Job Scope:

  • Handle HR operation and admin duties including posting jobs, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee records, payroll, and leave.
  • Handle work pass applications and renewals.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Process medical insurance and work injury claims.
  • Handle staff claims, reimbursements, and timesheets.
  • Support HR processes and policies.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Address employee disciplinary issues.
  • Organize HR events and staff activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant 1-2 years’ experience of HR and Administration in a manufacturing or retail environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
