Assistant Engineering Manager - Sembawang

• Established company with more than 30 years history
• 5 days a week, located in North & Good Working Environment

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Engineering department for both local and overseas inquiries, ensuring prompt quotation and delivery.
• Manage key customer accounts, tracking their activities and forecasts.
• Liaise with the overseas principal on product or technical issues.
• Supervise and oversee site measurements and installations.
• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Maintain and update the master copy of all drawings.
• Establish technical policies to improve the efficiency of the team.
• Work closely with the Sales team to support all new projects
• Oversee QC Team to ensure all outgoing deliveries meet quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical engineering or Mechatronics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Engineering field
• Strong technical skills and knowledge
• Experience in project management
• Strong management skills
• Able to communicate effectively
• Leadership qualities and able to lead a team
