Job Position: Operations Assistant (Automobile)

Job Description:
- Arrange and set appointments for vehicles due for servicing and inspection
- Answering and assisting customers for breakdowns/issues of vehicles
- Monitor renewing of Road tax in timely manner
- Closing of flies in the system in timely manner when vehicles returned
- Filing of documents (in&out/summons/De-reg/transfer of ownership)
- Other ad-hoc assigned by the operations manager
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must possess at least Diploma and Degree in Business Administration holder
- Familiarity with LTA procedure preferred
- Good oral communication and written skills
- Proficient in MS office
