Warehouse Assistant cum Admin

This position reports to the Warehouse Executive

Warehouse Assistant Duties

Assist in stock such as picking and packing of stocks
Organise and pack stocks according to delivery schedules, organise documentation
Learn to operate warehouse manage of warehouse management system (EPB)
Ensure accurate input of in/out stock in the company's system.
Able to operate a handheld device
Verify and ensure the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing shipments
Responsible for the security of inventory in the assigned warehouse area
Ensure assigned warehouse area are clean, neat and organised
Physically Fit - must have the physical strength to carry loads up to 20kg
Able to work in a warehouse environment (non-aircon environment)

Warehouse Admin Duties

Process daily ecom orders and ecom returns
Document posting & printing
Prepare Commercial Invoice & Packing List
Data entry (pick rate calculation , daily delivery summary, attendance, daily job allocation etc)
Processing of documentation - inbound GR, stock return, inventory transfer etc
Prepare delivery schedules
Filling & documentation
