About the role
As an E-commerce and Marketing Assistant at L'zzie, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our dynamic online retail business. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, this full-time position is based in our office in the Lavender Central Region and offers excellent opportunities for professional development.
What you'll be doing- Assisting with the day-to-day management and optimisation of our e-commerce website and online sales channels
- Producing engaging content for our social media platforms and email marketing campaigns
- Monitoring website analytics and provide insights to inform our digital marketing strategy
- Supporting the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and events
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team on various projects and initiatives
- Providing administrative support to the e-commerce and marketing functions as needed
- Website content creation and data entry
- Assist internal team for Lookbook, outdoor and products photoshoot
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar e-commerce or digital marketing assistant role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
- Good understanding of online marketing, SEO, and web analytics
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, CMS, and digital marketing tools
- A keen interest in the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
- Passion for the retail industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of an exciting brand
