Our client, a Japanese engineering company, is seeking a Sales Executive (Engineering/Construction) to join their team.

【Responsibilities】
  • Planned, implemented, and organized customer visits/meetings to close new sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Developing sales and marketing strategies with action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Sourcing and developing new customer accounts and expanding business opportunities.
  • Analyzing market trends, and competitor offerings, and keeping abreast of the latest market developments.
  • Preparing proposals, tenders, and quotations based on project requirements and closely monitoring project execution to optimize profitability and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing the company portfolio to potential customers.
  • Identifying, planning, and executing new projects.
  • Interacting well with all levels of our customer’s organizational structure to ensure projects are carried out on schedule.
  • Achieving sales revenue, profitability, and sales growth targets set by the management.
  • Performing any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
【What you will receive】
  • Basic Salary: S$3,300 - S$5,000

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of M&E working experience in the building/construction industry
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential to liaise with Chinese Counterparts for meetings with Chinese-speaking clients.
(Preferable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of management.
  • Proficient in documentation, presentation, coordination, and analytical tasks.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possessing a personal vehicle is advantageous.
  • Willing to travel to various job sites across Singapore (no overseas travel).
