Business Development Manager / Sales Manager (New/Renewable/Green Energy) - Woodlands

Role overview:

Our client is one of the market leader in providing renewable energy solutions, widely used in construction & infrastructure. We’re currently seeking for candidate who possess strong technical background in renewable energy sector and the ability to liaise/collaborate with government agencies to secure projects and drive sustainable energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and relevant stakeholders.
• Lead business development efforts to identify, pursue, and secure renewable energy projects with government entities.
• Influence policy-making and decision processes to align with company goals.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop project proposals that meet government standards and sustainability goals.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry trends to strategize business growth.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, public sector liaison, or project management within the energy or infrastructure sector.
• Strong network and project collaboration's experience with government bodies.
• In-depth technical knowledge of renewable energy technologies, grid systems, and sustainability standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage government authorities and stakeholders.
