We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate project documentation, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, and permits.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for project managers and staff.
  • Assist in payroll processing, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Order office and construction site supplies as needed.
  • Prepare reports and update project status as required.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in construction administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of construction terminology and procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
