Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and deliver accurate daily exposure reports for the Trading team.
• Communicate regularly with the Operations team to ensure trading information is up-to-date.
• Ensure all ETRM trade entries are accurately recorded for exposure and P&L analysis.
• Liaise with Middle and Back Office teams to verify and maintain data integrity.
• Assist traders with tender submissions and economic evaluations.
• Create, update, and manage critical spreadsheets and databases used by the Trading team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment.
• Effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; programming skills are a plus.
• Strong command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders).
• Prior experience in the oil & gas industry or in financial institutions is preferred.
• Minimum of a Diploma or higher qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
