HR Admin Executive - Geylang

Job Overview

You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations, covering everything from recruitment andto employee engagement and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Spectrum HR Functions: Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and exit clearance
• Recruitment & Talent Management: Support talent acquisition efforts by managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting and pre-screening candidates.
• HR Reporting & Analytics: Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and HR strategy.

Qualifications:

• Certificate in Human Resource or related studies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll management, specifically managing multi-tier commission and incentive scheme.
• Experience in the beauty and/or wellness industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, the Employment Act and related regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual - Ability to converse in both English and Mandarin with Mandarin speaking Chinese colleagues
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
