• Support Operations Managers in overseeing hospital services (e.g., laundry, food, bed management, facilities) and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in contract management, performance monitoring, and process improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Oversee meal and linen processes, ensuring adequate stock and compliance with infection control standards.
• Coordinate audits, license renewals, and funding applications.
• Support the COO in operational matters, new projects, and service expansions.
• Participate in business continuity planning, quality initiatives, and administrative tasks like meeting coordination and minutes writing.

• Possess a diploma/degree study in relevant field.
• With at least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably candidates who has experience in the hospital setting
• Proactive and able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in IT to support electronic records management.
