Equities Operations Analyst - 6 - 12 Months Contract - ES$Open - Geylang

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Equities Operations Analyst for a 6 - 12 months contractual role to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve team efficiency through scripting automation (VBA, Alteryx, Tableau).
• Identify and advise on daily process improvements.
• Collaborate with support teams on technical issues.
• Track request submissions and support administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in process improvement in Equities Ops within FS.
• Proficiency in VBA, Alteryx, and Tableau; basic HTML knowledge preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas and shortcuts).
• Familiarity with Windows OS and basic systems networking.
