• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures.

• Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools for reporting and data analysis.
• Handle client-facing responsibilities, requiring fluency in Chinese (speaking & writing).
• Provide direct support to leadership, ensuring operational excellence.

• No formal educational qualifications required – we value attitude and willingness to learn over credentials.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar operations or administrative role.
• Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Drive, and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
