Your Role at Hess Academy:

Inspire: Lead engaging and interactive English classes for secondary-level students using both physical classroom settings and dynamic online platforms.
Create: Craft compelling learning materials with Hess Academy's extensive content library and syllabus frameworks.
Connect: Establish strong relationships through effective student and parent management, ensuring continuous communication and feedback.
Promote: Actively contribute to marketing content to boost student engagement and outreach.
Support: Perform necessary administrative tasks related to class management to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Job Requirements

At least 2 Years of Teaching/Tutoring Experience in Secondary/IP Level English
Strong Written & Presentation Skills
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Powerpoint
Proficient in the use of a writing tablet to conduct classes
Mastery of the Secondary English syllabus and being able to contribute to syllabus development
