Toa Payoh - Director of Investor Relations

The investment strategy is a fundamentals-driven, “private equity” approach to APAC public markets. The firm today has approximately US$3 billion in AUM managed on behalf of institutional clients primarily from the US and Europe.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of combined experience in either an equivalent role at a peer fund manager, large asset manager, or a capital introduction team
• Strong foundation in fund management and ability to speak with depth on investments
• Proven experience in a core investor relations role with ability to handle direct client engagement at a senior level
• Outgoing / personable / well-spoken and able to interact successfully with our global investor base in person and via phone / Zoom / written communications
• Ability to liaise well with internal teams as the role will work closely with compliance, finance, operations, and the investment team
• Several years having worked / lived / studied in an English-speaking country preferred
• Fluent level written and spoken English
• Strong Excel skills

Role:

• Reporting to the President fundraising activities with prospective investors, managing one-off investor requests from existing clients, managing investor meetings and calls, and primary responsibility for all marketing activities and external client engagement
• The firm is open to candidates who are available on a full-time or part-time basis
