As they continue to expand and evolve in a highly dynamic market, they are now looking for a visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead their HR strategy, drive organizational transformation, and ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent.The CHRO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. This role will oversee talent management, leadership development, culture and engagement, total rewards, and HR compliance within a highly regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a human capital strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape the company’s culture, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design efforts to support business scalability.
- Build and execute a talent acquisition strategy that attracts top-tier professionals in the financial services industry.
- Strengthen the company’s employer brand to position it as an employer of choice.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce diversity initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee leadership development programs, mentorship initiatives, and succession planning for key roles.
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory compensation guidelines.
- Oversee performance management frameworks to align rewards with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations, labor laws, and HR policies.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate workforce-related risks.
- Implement HR governance frameworks, including data privacy and employee relations best practices.
- Drive HR digitalization initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance employee experience and efficiency.
- Implement HR analytics and workforce data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role within a financial institution.
- Proven experience in leading HR transformation, workforce strategy, and cultural change initiatives.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition, compensation frameworks, and leadership development.
- Strong knowledge of financial services regulations and HR compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leveraging HR technology, analytics, and digital tools to drive efficiencies.
