Job Responsibilities:
- Verify and certify payroll-related information, including attendance and salary details, for third-party payroll processing.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR policies in compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate training, onboarding, and HR processes such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Generate and review HR reports, including headcount, recruitment status, and organizational charts, ensuring data accuracy.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience; familiarity with payroll coordination is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table (assessment required in 2nd round interview).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
