HR Executive (Generalist) / Payroll Coordinator - Immediate Hiring - Geylang

Job Responsibilities:

1. Verify and certify payroll-related information, including attendance and salary details, for third-party payroll processing.
2. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR policies in compliance with local labor laws.
3. Coordinate training, onboarding, and HR processes such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
4. Generate and review HR reports, including headcount, recruitment status, and organizational charts, ensuring data accuracy.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience; familiarity with payroll coordination is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table (assessment required in 2nd round interview).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
