Summary:

• Location: Tanjong Pagar
• Salary from $2600
• AWS + 2 months Variable Bonus
• Office sitting job, technical support helpdesk
• 7am to 4.30pm OR 2pm to 11pm (5 days including weekends)

Who are we looking for:

• Minimum Nitec in Engineering or related field.
• Candidates with or without experience are welcomed to apply as on job training will be provided.
• High accuracy in processing information.
• Able to commit to the stated working hours and work on weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Maintenance Team and station staff to monitor ticketing kiosk performance via the MCC workstation.
• Perform remote troubleshooting on kiosks when needed.
• Compile and verify fault data for kiosks, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with software deployment for kiosks, including annual fare revisions and ad-hoc projects.
• Monitor kiosk performance after software deployment to identify issues.
• Generate backend reports for investigation.
• Create Work Orders in the MMS for fault troubleshooting.
• Support ticketing kiosk and MCC workstation tasks (e.g., update station layout).
