Job Responsibilities

Internship Portfolio Management
  • Assist and support in recruiting, onboarding, and managing interns across various departments.
  • Maintain and update internship records, agreements, and evaluation reports and all other reports pertaining to Internship.
  • Support as the 2nd point of contact for all interns from pre-onboarding to onboarding
  • Participate and support in internship pipelining strategies and projects
Events Coordination
  • Support the planning and execution of recruitment events, including career fairs, campus outreach, and networking sessions.
  • Manage logistics, such as venue arrangements, event materials, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with event marketing, including preparing promotional materials and managing digital platforms.
Administrative and Reporting Support
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internship programs and recruitment events.
  • Analyze and present data to evaluate the success of programs and events

Job Requirements

Education & Certification
  • Currently pursuing a diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration related field is required.
Experience
  • No experience required as training will be provided

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
