We are a functional fitness gym in the CBD area of Singapore. Our gym specializes in weightlifting, CrossFit-style workouts, and functional fitness, offering a fun and relaxed yet high-quality and professional environment. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our gym, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, top-tier member experience, and a well-coordinated team.

• Build strong relationships with members, fostering an inclusive and welcoming fitness community.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of gym operations, ensuring a seamless experience for members and staff.
• Ensure gym equipment and facilities are well-maintained, troubleshooting issues and coordinating necessary repairs.
• Assist managing director with hiring, training, and leading an exceptional team, including front desk staff, coaches, and facility personnel.
• Implement and uphold operational policies, procedures, and service standards to maintain a high-quality experience.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage across all operational areas.
• Spend 40-50% of your time on the gym floor, leading by example and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Monitor and manage operational budgets, including labor costs and facility expenditures.
• Assist with membership management, including handling inquiries, feedback, and retention strategies.
• Support marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts to drive gym membership and brand awareness.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the fitness, hospitality, or service industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a passion for creating an excellent member experience.
• Familiarity with fitness facility operations, including class scheduling, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Comfortable using technology, including gym management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with diverse demographics.
• Proactive problem solver with high attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic.
