Job Description:
We are a leading IT consultancy company in Singapore, specializing in customized business applications for small and medium enterprises. We are currently seeking an Assistant/Project Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to a project manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our projects to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate discussions with clients to gather business requirements
- Support the testing of customized developments
- Document and communicate project progress and issues to clients and the development team
- Maintain project planning documents
- Assist in scoping and planning projects
- Coordinate and manage project activities
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Experience with Accounting software, Warehouse systems, or Website (e-commerce)
- Willing to speak with customer for communication
- Requirements:
- Experience with Odoo ERP systems and a strong understanding of how they can be used to streamline business operations, with a focus on accounting and financial processes
- A good understanding of accounting principles, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax laws
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage projects effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail, with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems
- Time management skills, with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and experience in a similar role would be highly valued
Optional (Good to have):
- Experience with business operations (Inventory, Accounting, HR)
- Experienced of odoo / OpenERP
