• Serve as a Trusted Wealth Relationship Manager, offering Financial Management solutions such as Wealth Protection, Investments, and other secondary Banking products/services
• Engage clients through Branch walk-ins and/or Tele-prospecting using the Bank’s expansive client database
• Conduct Client Profiling consultations to assess financial needs and goals
• Collaborate with expert teams and utilize cutting-edge digital tools to deliver excellent service
• Ensure compliance with all regulations (training provided)

• Uncapped Earning Potential
• First-Year Income: $80,000-$100,000++ (Fixed + Commissions)
• Fixed Component
• No Experience: $3,600-$3,800 Basic + $300 Monthly Allowance
• Experienced Bankers or Financial Sales Professionals: Up to $5,000 Basic + $300 Monthly Allowance + Sign-On Bonus
• Commissions: Earn around $10,000 in Quarterly Commissions for achieving 100% Sales Target, with additional UNCAPPED rewards for exceeding targets
• Working Hours:
• Mon-Fri: 8:30AM-4:30PM or 10AM-5:30PM
• Sat: Half-day (until 1-2PM)
• Working Location: Assigned to a Bank Branch (island wide; based on vacanc(ies) available)
