Job Scope:
- Manage day-to-day operations, logistics, project scheduling, resource planning
- Ensure deliverables are completed accurately, on time, within scope and within the allocated budget.
- To continually source for vendors
- Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and provide professional development opportunities
- Handle/manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Escalate the issue(s) to your manager in a timely manner if required.
- Oversee the management of inventory
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced in a timely manner.
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- With AV experience
- Knowledge of government regulations with regards to the MICE/Events industry and best practices.
