Corporate Finance and Business Development Advisor - Pasir Ris

To support these growth initiatives, we are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Corporate Finance and Business Development Advisor to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide strategic guidance and expertise in driving our expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis and Planning: Evaluate financial status, develop long-term strategies and actionable roadmaps to achieve business objectives.
• Merger and Acquisitions (M&A): Provide end-to-end support, including identifying potential acquisition targets, conducting due diligence and negotiating deals.
• Fundraising and Capital Markets: Facilitate fundraising efforts through debt financing, equity financing and explore other financial instruments.
• Financial Resturcturing: Offer strategic support in financial health assessment, debt restructuring and liquidity enchancement.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks, encompassing market, credit and operational risks.
• Valutation Services: Deliver reliable and accurate valuation reports utilizing advanced methodologies and deep industry insights.
• Performance Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and execute initiatives to optimize costs structures, boost revenue streams and improve overall financial health.
