HR Executive (Payroll & Admin) - Toa Payoh

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including salary computation and statutory submissions
• Ensure accurate and timely calculations of overtime, leave, and payroll adjustments
• Address and resolve payroll-related matters, providing clear and timely resolutions
• Maintain and update employee payroll records
• Handle HR-related enquiries on leave and employee benefits
• Support and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Prepare HR reports, payroll summaries, and statutory filings with precision and confidentiality
• Ensure adherence and compliance to HR policies, procedures, and Singapore labour law

• Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and HR administration
• Knowledge in Employment Act, CPF Act and IRAS
• Able to start work immediately is a plus
