About the role
Singapore Casket Co (Pte) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to join our team based in the Central Region. This full-time role will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to the business, with a focus on managing the end-to-end employee life cycle.
What you'll be doing- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters
- Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to upskill employees
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data
- Assist with the implementation of HR-related projects and initiatives
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in the consulting or HR advisory industry
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve HR-related issues
- Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
