We are looking for secretaries who have worked with dispute resolution lawyers to join us in a mid-size corporate and commercial dispute resolution firm.

The candidate will support a team of lawyers to manage the team’s files. The candidate should be well versed in Microsoft Office and e-litigation and have at least 1 year’s experience assisting with litigation work. The job scope will include transmitting telephone calls and messages to/ from lawyers and perform other secretariat functions such as administrative tasks, filing and serving of papers in e-litigation, bundling of documents, drafting and processing invoices, recording time.

The successful candidate can expect a remuneration package from $3600 to $4500 per month upon joining us, depending on his or her experience, with annual increments. Annual bonuses are expected to be in the range of minimum of 3 months to over 6 months, on a full year basis, depending on length of service with the firm and performance.
