Bukit Merah - Key Account Manager (Modern Trade)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement account development plan for key supermarket chains;
• Plan, organize and implement effective promotional activities with all accounts;
• Stay abreast with market/industry trends, market developments, competitor activities and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and to meet evolving requirements;
• Responsible for analyzing brand sales performance and executing brand plans to achieve overall Key Account targets, including volume and market share growth;
• Build strong relationship with key store personnel as to drive sales growth in achieving overall company’s set objectives;
• Work closely with a team of sales personnel to maximize utilization of manpower and resources.

Requirements:

• Degree with at least 3-5 years sales and key account experience in FMCG;
• Able to demonstrate sales aptitude while being assertive, consultative and working in a highly results oriented company;
• Possesses excellent planning, interpersonal & analytical skills with a solid commercial acumen;
• Possesses Class 3 driving license with own vehicle;
