Brand Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager - Jurong West

Our client is a recognized restaurant brand with outlets across Southeast Asia. They are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager or Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of marketing related to the company’s brand, ensuring that branding decisions lead to stronger sales and overall growth.

Reporting to: General Manager of Operations & Marketing

1. Brand Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives, maintaining a strong brand presence in the market.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions to resonate with target audiences.
• Lead the creation of brand assets, including taglines, visual elements, brand guidelines, and design templates. Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics to achieve optimal results.

1. Brand Communication:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand’s messages across multiple channels.
• Create compelling content for a variety of marketing materials, including advertising, websites, emails, and print media.

1. Brand Partnerships:

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and expand reach.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers, organizations, and other brands to amplify messaging and drive brand awareness.

1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
• Segment customers based on demographics, behaviour, and preferences to deliver personalized communications and experiences.
• Create incentives, promotions, and rewards to encourage repeat purchases and enhance customer lifetime value.

1. Data Analysis:

• Analyze customer data and marketing metrics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of brand and CRM initiatives.
• Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

1. Budget Management:

• Develop and manage budgets for brand development and CRM marketing initiatives.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

1. Others, Ad-hoc:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
• Perform any other additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager of Operations & Marketing

• Variable Bonus: On average 1 to 1.5 months (based on company and individual performance)
• Annual Leave: 12 days (up to a maximum of 20 days)

• Polytechnic Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of proven experience in brand development, CRM marketing, or related roles, with a strong track record of building brands and engaging customers.
• F&B or Retail Industrial experience is essential
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing analytics software.

• Prior experience working in a Korean firm or Korean restaurant group will be a significant advantage.
