Bedok - Logistics Operations Manager (Warehouse Operations/MNC 3PL)

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to oversee and manage daily warehouse operations.
• Enforce process compliance, ensuring operations meet customer expectations and KPIs.
• Manage P&L performance for the responsible programs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
• Define operational requirements and implement new strategies, technologies, and initiatives to drive performance.
• Engage with customers regularly on commercial matters, operational scope, and contract renewals.
• Enforce security and workplace safety measures, ensuring a secure working environment.
• Monitor department budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal utilization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, enhance service standards, and foster a culture of best practice sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Warehouse Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial role.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA).
• Skilled in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to drive improvement.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to motivate and guide employees.
• Excellent presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to resolve issues creatively.
