The role

Vega Project Pte Ltd, an established company in the sales industry, is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall business growth.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, present suitable solutions, and close deals.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be able to meet sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate Sales Opportunities: Proactively identify potential leads and prospects, and effectively convert them into viable sales opportunities.
  • Customer and Consultant Engagement: Plan, organize, and conduct productive meetings with customers and consultants to discuss project management execution and solutions.
  • Account Management: Provide excellent service to existing customers while actively seeking to expand and establish new accounts. Collaborate with suppliers and consultants to explore relevant opportunities.
  • Project Management Support: Collaborate with the sales and project teams to ensure successful project execution. Monitor and manage schedules, resources, manpower, and stocks for efficient project delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Offer expert technical advice and assistance to customers, translating their requirements into effective solution proposals.
  • Account Management: Provide excellent service to existing customers while actively seeking to expand and establish new accounts. Collaborate with suppliers and consultants to explore relevant opportunities.
  • Product Demonstrations: Arrange and conduct product demonstrations either at the office, suppliers' premises, or clients' locations to showcase AV solutions effectively.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements by attending manufacturer and industry-related training courses.
  • Communication and Presentation: Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical solutions to clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the Audio-Visual industry will be a valuable advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a dedicated work ethic.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
