The Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Executive to join our team at the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to optimize the organisation's finance-related IT systems and processes.This is a strategic position that will have a direct impact on the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support- Provide user support for D365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and Commerce.
- Facilitate user testing for support tickets before deployment.
- Maintain system health and administration, including POS and Kiosk systems.
- Handle urgent support needs and ad-hoc IT tasks across departments.
- Assist in IT project implementation.
- Act as a liaison between vendors, stakeholders, and departments, ensuring clear and easy-to-understand communication of IT solutions.
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects that align with organisational goals.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance-focused IT role, preferably within the nonprofit or service industry
- Candidates with relevant experience in Finance Operations will be preferred.
- Proficient in finance-related software and systems, such as accounting, budgeting, and reporting tools; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- IT-related certifications (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, or similar) would be highly advantageous
- Ability to read, write, and type in Mandarin.
- Willing to work during Chinese New Year and Vesak Day.
- Comfortable working in Chinatown and within a temple setting.
