Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Technician (Wire Harness) to support production optimization, assist with new product builds, and ensure equipment readiness for efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve and optimize wire harness production processes
- Measure and verify production cycle times
- Support initial builds of new projects
- Inspect daily tools and equipment readiness
- Provide hands-on technical support to operators
- Assist with machine setup and debugging for production
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in NPI, process design, or manufacturing
- Relevant experience may offset formal academic qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- Able to work under pressure with a positive and hands-on mindset
