**Job Title: Office Administrator**

**Summary:**

We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Singapore, East region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing logistics, assisting with HR administration, and contributing to digital marketing efforts.

This is a full-time on-site position requiring strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  1. Perform general administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
  2. Manage logistics and coordinate office supplies and equipment.
  3. Assist with HR administration tasks such as employee onboarding and documentation.
  4. Contribute to digital marketing efforts by assisting with social media and online campaigns.
  5. Utilize Microsoft Office suite for data entry, document preparation, and communication.
  6. Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  1. 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles.
  2. Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Knowledge of administrative processes and logistics management.
  6. Basic understanding of HR administration practices.
  7. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus.
  8. Minimum qualification of secondary education or high school diploma.

**Salary Range:** $1500 to $1800
