IT Operations & Admin Assistant - AWS + VB / No experience welcome / East

• 5 days work week, 8.30am - 6pm
• Location: East
• Entry level is welcome, willing to learn basic IT support

Job Descriptions:

• Provide operational and administrative support to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations
• Conduct routine monitoring to detect any issues
• Answer inquiries, service requests and incidents
• Resolve basic issues according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and follow through the escalation process as necessary
• Track all incidents to closure within service standards
• Ensure accurate records through data management and documentations
• Generate and prepare reports
• Source for viable vendors and request for quotation
• Identify opportunities for the automation of day-to-day operational processes such as data collection and tracking
• Design and implement automation solutions
• Support ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a diploma
• Some background in IT will be advantageous
• Willingness and capacity to learn new skills and technology
