Travel/ Tourism company (MNC) is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team.

As APAC Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Asia Pacific operations by converting data into meaningful insights. You’ll actively engage across various functions, work closely with stakeholders, and provide analysis that empowers strategic decisions and enhances business outcomes.
Your new role
As the APAC Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Business Intelligence Leadership: Analyze APAC data to support performance reviews and inform strategic decisions.
- Report Creation & Maintenance: Design, build, update, and improve dashboards and reports, ensuring their relevance and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare high-quality analyses and presentations for APAC shareholders, management, and business review meetings.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of APAC business and markets, providing actionable recommendations.
- Data Management: Maintain data integrity and coordinate with corporate teams for database enhancements.
- PowerBI Expertise: Act as a regional expert for PowerBI, supporting users and facilitating training.
- Team Mentorship: Manage and train a business analysis intern to ensure successful task delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Revenue Management, Finance, Economics, or Data Science.
- 2+ years of experience in BI/Data analysis, ideally in hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and a team player with a multicultural mindset.
