The Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily onsite request , ensuring onsite request being responded and scheduled.
- Diagnose errors to technical problems reported by customers via calls and determine proper solution (Part Ordering / Repair / Testing).
- Manage and monitor in-house RMA cases, ensuring cases are assigned and being follow up.
- Handle technical escalations, providing the technical team with necessary information and testing results for resolution.
- To log / keep proper memo and follow up.
- To analysis weekly onsite KPI findings and provide action plan.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings.
- Cooperate with team leader and members and share information across the team.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Follow all Company’s filed procedures and protocols.
The Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of professional working experience in similar capacity.
- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Technical knowledge/background in Computer is a must.
- Able to work alternate 5.5 days per week in a service-center environment.
