! Your primary objective will be to ensure the financial success of the products in your department.
You will be expected to bring best practices in product management and development with a strong emphasis on product innovation, revenue generation, pricing strategy, and market positioning.
Main Duties : In this role, your main duties and responsibilities will involve: Business and Market Analysis- Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Product Shelf Strategy
- Conceptualize new or augment services and product offerings to complement and enhance product shelf Change Project Management
- Coordinate and/or execute of business strategy and work plans, including working with key stakeholders to ensure change solutions are sustainable, tracking of initiatives and resolution actions.
Revenue Strategy
- Define and implement strategies to drive revenue growth for the product developed while identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and manage pricing models that maximize profitability while remaining competitive and analyze customer feedback to optimize pricing strategies.
- Plan and execute product launches that maximize market impact and revenue potential while developing go-to-market strategies Sales Enablement
- Develop product demos / presentations that highlight the product's value proposition and create training materials for customer facing advisors.
- Work with sales, marketing, finance, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on revenue objectives and market needs.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and revenue impact.
Customer Engagement
- Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback that inform product development and enhancements.
Develop strategies for customer retention and upselling to increase lifetime value.
Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor's degree.
Possession of MBA or related qualification is advantageous.Exposure to Private Banking is mandatory.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
Strong understanding of business principles, revenue models, and financial metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey product vision and collaborate with teams.
Familiarity with product lifecycle, operating models and processes with a strong focus on risk and controls.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to various demands in a diverse culture.
Familiar with relevant rules and regulations, those relating to local private banking business.
