Responsibilities :

• Receive, unpack, label, and store incoming goods; pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing orders accurately.
• Assist in regular stock checks and inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards and procedures.
• Operate warehouse tools and equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently when required.

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely updates for incoming and outgoing stock.
• Prepare and manage shipping, receiving, and inventory documents; generate regular warehouse reports.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software to track orders, stock levels, and logistics.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations and resolve any discrepancies.

Requirements :

• Entry Level welcome to apply. Training will be provided
• Candidate with forklift license will have added advantages
• Candidate with Class 3 license will also have added advantages but not compulsory
