1. Project Planning & Execution

• Develop project timelines, schedules, and work scopes.
• Allocate resources (materials, labor, and equipment).
• Oversee project progress from start to completion.

1. Client Communication

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
• Provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues.

1. Team Coordination

• Supervise site supervisors, applicators, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met.

1. Site Management

• Conduct site visits and inspections.
• Monitor work to ensure compliance with specifications and deadlines.

1. Budget & Cost Control

• Estimate project costs and manage budgets.
• Prevent cost overruns by managing time, resources, and materials efficiently.

1. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project records, contracts, and daily reports.
• Ensure all permits and documentation are in place.

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Knowledge of epoxy/resin flooring systems and application techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and safety standards.
