Position Overview
Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Competency Development and Governance team, the hire is required to ensure that my client has a future-ready workforce by charting out the competency needs of the organisation, implementing training programmes that would bridge the gaps and putting in place appropriate structures and governance measures that will sustain competency development.This includes collaborating very closely with Business Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to plan and organise the developmental interventions to support business needs, and with the learning operations and creation team as well industry partners for implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the administration of our enterprise learning efforts to ensure the smooth day-to-day learning operations in the following areas:
- Engage in proactive planning of learning activities for domain areas under one’s purview to guide the procurement, allocation of learning facilities and resources
- Partner the respective internal learning partners and external vendors in the implementation of learning interventions
- Manage the internal and external learning registrations, transfers, and cancellations in alignment with company’s policies.
- Monitor post-training evaluation by participants for in-house training programmes and work with relevant stakeholders to review the content based on participants’ feedback
- Manage invoicing by training vendors, and staff claims for learning-related expenditure
- Be the key administrator for the SuccessFactors Learning Management System. This includes, but is not limited to, creation of learning curriculum/courses, updating of learning histories, and setting up mandatory training requirements for staff.
- Work on any enhancements pertaining to SuccessFactors Learning Management System in collaboration with internal Corporate IT and HR Operations and Technology teams
- Support in the review of the learning operations and processes, to ensure that they are kept relevant to the operating environment as well as introduction of any productivity initiatives such as adoption of Robotic Process Automation
- Support in learning digitalization efforts, such as rolling out of e-learning creation tools
- Conduct data analytics on learning metrices to facilitate tracking and reporting
- Provide customer-centric advice to staff and business units in matters pertaining to learning system processes and application as well as learning administration
- Support in the administration of other upskilling programmes
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Min Degree preferably majoring in Human Resources or Information and Communication Technologies
- Candidates with at least 2 - 3 years of experience in the development and implementation of competency-based learning framework in an organisation with established HR practices will be an advantage
- Attainment of the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance or other established learning and development certifications will be also an advantage
- Ability to handle intense workload, set up systems and structures in a complex working environment, and project manage a few workstreams at once
- Good stakeholder management skills and have an enterprising mind to look ahead at the evolving needs of the operations and proactively manage
- Have a positive, growth and agile mindset, energetic, collaborative, meticulous, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with good follow-through
