With a portfolio of cutting-edge hardware, software, and a SaaS platform designed for Data Centres, Commercial, and Residential markets globally, this is an exciting opportunity to join a leader in innovation.
Job Overview:

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will take charge of driving business growth, establishing strong partnerships, and launching state-of-the-art products into the APAC market. Reporting directly to the Global Sales Director (USA), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s presence and success in the region.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across APAC.

Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth targets.
Successfully introduce and launch innovative hardware, software, and SaaS products into the region.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Data Centres, Commercial, and Residential sectors.
Collaborate with global teams to tailor solutions to regional market needs.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform strategy.

Key Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience managing and developing channel partners in the APAC region.

Demonstrated success in launching new products in the region, particularly in the SaaS and technology sectors.
A solid understanding of both hardware and software product portfolios.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with global stakeholders.
