We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive lead generation, negotiate corporate deals, and ensure smooth execution of business partnerships for our medical clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Business Growth
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships, wellness programs, and medical screenings
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain corporate clients and partners
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends
Sales, Negotiation & Deal Closure
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Present clinic services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements based on predefined parameters
  • Follow through on deals to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of services
Client Relationship Management & Retention
  • Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive repeat business
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns to enhance retention
Coordination & Execution
  • Work closely with marketing to develop materials that support business development efforts
  • Collaborate with operations and HR to plan and execute corporate health screenings and wellness talks
  • Track and report on business development performance, including lead conversion and revenue growth

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, and business development, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
